Welcome to LASSN
Double your donation after 14 May
Dear LASSN volunteers and supporters,
If you weren't able to double your donation in our Spring Challenge, Localgiving is offering another exciting match funding opportunity!
It only works if you donate online so it isn't going to work for everyone, but if you can make an online donation on that day it will make twice as much difference to the lives of vulnerable asylum seekers and refugees.
a donation of £6.25 could be doubled and cover the cost of training a new volunteer to befriend an asylum seeker for a whole year
£15.00 could provide a frightened homeless woman a safe place to sleep in a Short Stop volunteer's home
£42.75 could pay two months of weekly English lessons for an asylum seeker or refugee who cannot attend college
and donating £200 doubles to £400 and would keep the whole of LASSN running for a day
To make a donation visit the secure website http://localgiving.com/lassn as soon as possible after 14 May. The funds for doubling your donation are limited and will run out quickly.
Thank you for your continued support.
If you buy from Amazon by clicking on their logo

Justice for All began 18 months ago to campaign for free legal advice, to ensure everyone is treated fairly under the law.
We are still a long way from that goal, but during an extremely difficult time almost 4,000 of us working together have made a real and lasting difference.
The Charter of Rights of Women Seeking Asylum was published in 2008.
It calls on the Home Office to ensure that women seeking asylum in the UK are treated with fairness, dignity and respect.
Join the movement to make Leeds a City of Sanctuary

Still Human Still Here is a coalition of over 50 organisations that are campaigning to end the destitution of thousands of refused asylum seekers in the UK.
